Ceiling Fan Peripheral Vision

Sometimes its peripheral sometimes the effect is in a shape like a circle directly in my line of sight.

When my eyes are in this condition it is very difficult to read because i must slow my rate of comprehension while my brain makes out words behind the flashings. I have noticed that about one or two times per week during the last 4 5 months that early in the mornings i get a mild flickering of my vision. Sensitivity to objects in motion can also be seen in patients with migraine. I also have static look on the periphery of my vision on the entire right half of my left eye toward my nose.

Please offer some other. Once i came back inside. It s a medical emergency. I had laser for a retinal hole almost 3 weeks ago and i have a black blind spot 4 black dots but i don t see them all of the time.
