Celotex is just a ridged insulation so if that s all you have on your walls under the masonite then my recommendation is to remove the celotex as we ll and install plywood osb.
My research seems to indicate that the foam board product is waterproof.
I m going to be removing all of it and putting up new zip system sheathing and then new vinyl siding.
Since i am doing this predominantly myself i of course have to be cognizant of the weather while things are exposed.
